Refund Policy

IF YOU CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION OR CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT A COURSE OR COACHING PROGRAM, WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES OR CHARGES PAID PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELATION OR TERMINATION EXCEPT:

1. AS REQUIRED BY LAW; OR

2. IN THE CASE OF AN ONLINE COURSE OR COACHING SESSIONS, IF YOU PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELATION VIA EMAIL, REQUESTING A REFUND, WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF REGISTRATION, PROVIDED THAT YOU HAVE NOT ACCESSED ANY PORTION OF AN ONLINE COURSE, OR PARTICIPATED IN ANY COACHING SESSIONS. REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SENT TO SMART LEVERAGE TRADER AT SUPPORT(AT)SMARTLEVERAGETRADER.COM.

If Smart Leverage Trader terminates a course or other Subscription Product or cancels a coaching program, without cause, prior to the expiry of your subscription, users will be entitled to partial refunds of amounts paid for any portion of the subscription term or unused coaching sessions remaining after termination; provided, however that refunds will be calculated on the basis of full monthly rates, rather than discounted plan rates, being applied to any portion of the subscription or coaching sessions used prior to termination.

If Smart Leverage Trader terminates your right to access or use the Services or Content because of a breach by you of these Terms, Smart Leverage Trader will not refund any fees or charges paid prior to the effective date of termination.
