AFFILIATE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

To enroll in our affiliate program, you must complete the online application on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application.

4. Affiliate Commissions

a. You will earn a commission on qualifying sales referred through your unique affiliate link.

b. Commission rates, payment terms, and eligible products/services are outlined in the affiliate dashboard.

5. Payment

a. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, subject to a 30 days hold grace period to ensure there are no refunds.

b. Any refunds issued, the commission for the refunded sale will be forfeited.

6. Marketing and Promotion

a. You agree to promote our products/services in a lawful and ethical manner.

b. Prohibited promotional methods include but are not limited to spam, false advertising, and unauthorized use of our trademarks.

7. Tracking and Cookies

We use cookies to track affiliate referrals. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate link is properly formatted to enable accurate tracking.

8. Termination

a. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

b. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms.

10. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by us, including but not limited to commission rates and customer data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Federal Courts of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts in Canada.
